Clinic Administrator

The Clinic Administrator manages the operations of one of our in-person clinics, making sure volunteers are in place and ready to handle each function, and keeping the processes working smoothly. The ideal candidate is able to help other volunteers stay on task with kindness, working with a positive get-it-done attitude, and keeping the focus on our core mission which is to show the love of Jesus to those who come for help and are in distress.

Your role is to clearly understand the clinic processes and lovingly direct volunteers to carry out those processes.  You will look for ways to help improve procedures and suggest ideas.  You will be responsible for managing how clients are served at the clinics, being sure that all clients are guided from registration to the attorney meeting and finally to meet with a Client Advocate before leaving the clinic.  You will arrive at the clinic location early and set up before clients arrive and then put away materials after the clinic (with coordinated help from other volunteers).
