Data Entry Volunteer

WHEN
Open Enrollment
HOSTED BY
Data entry volunteers create client records and record attorney recommendations; the records are used for future reference, statistical reports and conflict checking.  This is a flexible volunteer work position because it can be performed on site at an in-person clinic or it can be performed remotely. The information created and stored in our database is critical to our team and collectively allows us to show the love of Jesus to our clients and provide them hopeful and reassuring guidance to resolve their legal issues.

Volunteers are blessed with the knowledge that the difficult issues they record in the data system are being addressed and individuals are being lifted out of desperate situations.  They know that Access Justice is gaining a reliable database and the ability to access individual client records for additional help, or run statistical reports that demonstrate service and the love of Jesus.

The ideal candidate will have data entry/typing skills; online access; a heart for people; and will be trustworthy with confidential information.  The Justice Center Online software is relatively user-friendly and easy to learn.  Volunteers will have data entry standards and procedures provided.
