Bathroom Cosmetic & Basic Maintenance MacCauley House

Bathroom on the 3rd (Third) floor is in desperate need of repair! Needs a paint job, drywall tape is peeling from walls & around ceiling, Toilet tank engine needs new parts ( toilet runs constant).
Donations for all décor and a wonderful interior decorator to coordinate the color scheme & designing would be so much appreciated.
