While Oldham County is well known for the healthiest and wealthiest county in the state, there is a populatiion which struggles to get medical care. Hope Health Clinic provides quality health care in a Christ-like environment to those who are uninsured or have unaffordable deductibles and are without access to care. Grants are essential to the clinic to allow us to add additional programs to meet patient needs. Some examples would include vision or dental care as we currently are unable to provide those services in our clinic. These visits are expensive and often we see patients who have severe dental issues which affect their overall general health. Many of our diabetics need vision care and again are unable to afford.
