Hope Health Clinic is expanding their board and seeking a CPA who would be willing to serve as the Treasurer. The current Treasurer is moving into the role of Board Chair. Duties include reviewing monthly financials prior to being presented to the board, attending a 1 1/2 hour Board Meeting (either in person or by Zoom), being available to assist Clinic Director with questions regarding Quickbooks (generally by phone or email). Review our annual Review or Audit from and independent CPA firm. Assist in preparation of annual budget submitted by clinic director.

Responsibilities

Reviewing monthly financial statements created by Clinic Director, providing assistance to director for questions pertaining to Quickbooks, assisting in preparation of annual budget in conjunection with clinic director, reviewing annual audit or review with independent CPA firm and attend monthly 1 1/2 hour board meeting either in person or virtually.
