MAYA Collection Global Immersion Tour

Welcome to the MAYA Collection Global Immersion Tour!  

MAYA Collection is an innovative ministry that helps Louisville refugee women create and sell handcrafted products.  These products are sold online and at local markets.

Join us on a local Global Immersion Tour where you will learn all about the culture of our Muslim community in Louisville.  During this one day tour you will visit a local mosque during prayer time, visit a local Arabic market,  enjoy a delicious Arabic lunch.   We will also visit a MAYA Collection artisan's apartment where tea and a snack will be served which is a custom when friends visit.  We will prayer walk around the Hope Place center where MAYA Collection is located. You will see our workshop and be able to shop at the MAYA Collection boutique.  CoviD19 precautions will be taken.

This Immersion Trip is and experience airmed at helping us understand how refugees come to Louisville and how they survive and then eventually thrive!
