Through Christ, Gate of Hope Ministries International encourages, equips, and educates vulnerable East Africans for a better future. We serve East African refugees in Louisville and internationally in Rwanda.
We need volunteers for:
• mentoring local families with basic life skills (2 hours/week ),
• tutoring children in math and reading,
• tutoring young adults in basic computer skills.
Tutoring may be done in the family’s home at a time convenient for both parties or at Gate of Hope’s Computer Lab. The computer lab is open Saturdays 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm or Sundays 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.
